Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

• Customers must submit a return request on the Ebiponi app or website within 7 days from the delivery date if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery.

• For electrical devices (computers, accessories, appliances, mobile phones, etc.), issues arising after use or beyond the return window may be covered under the seller or brand warranty. In such cases, contact the seller or brand directly.

• Products must be returned in original packaging, including all tags, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in flawless condition. Fashion items can be tried for fit but must remain unworn.

• If a returned item does not meet these conditions, Ebiponi reserves the right to reject the refund request.

Note:

• If a return request is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

• After 3 failed delivery attempts, the item will be scrapped, and no refund will be issued.

Processing Time

Refund processing begins once Ebiponi approves the return. The timeline depends on the payment method:

Refund Scope

Covers item price + shipping fee.

Cashback (if any) will be adjusted in the refund amount.

Important Notes

Refund timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

Vouchers are sent to the registered email and can only be used once.

For mobile wallet/bank refunds, the account must be active (refund goes to the same account used for payment).

Voucher refunds cannot be modified.
